File Service Allotment overage

We just found out that we are completely over with our file service allotment. Has anyone else had the same issue and what is the best way to archive or upload your data? Our biggest overage is due to us tracking customer emails and attaching them to CRMOD. Most of the messages are truncated and saved as attachements.
