IBM(AS/400) - RPG programs - WebSphere MQ - XMLCALLOBJ

Our customer has JDE World A 7.3 running on AS/400 and need to implement a set of processes to integrate JDE to other systems. They would like to confirm that the next components exist for this release and if there is any upgrade recommendation in order to improve any of this actions:

1) Is it possible from a RPG program running on the OS from AS/400 interact with JDE, calling Master Business Functions?

2) Is it possible to interact from JDE with a queue WebSphere MQ to send and receive messages.

3) Is it possible to install the component “XMLCALLOBJ”?.
