Finance upgrade - required new set up

Hi all,

I'm running assesmnet phase fot upgrade to R12 in one of my customer in Isreal, my customer interasting to migrate the application as is without any bisuness process changes.

My question is, if I migrate 11i instance into the new environment R12, new set up required (with assumption that no business process changes and no new functionality).
