Error While UPgrade(DBUA) from 9i to 10g in Oracle EBS

 Dear Team,

     I am upgrading the database from 9i to 10g in Oracle EBS 11i  running on solaris sparc 64.

    I am getting the following error while running DBUA.

ORA-00119: invalid specification for system parameter local_listener
ORA-00132: syntax error or unresolved network name 'BHTEST_LOCAL'
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters

  Please let me know  the solution for this issue.
