Notification alert should be sent to Multiple users when document approved by final approver

HI, Friends

we are Implementing Oracle Purchasing r12.. we have succesfully run P2P cycle...

My Client requirement is When Purchase requisition/ Purchase Order has been approved by the final approver,

 a notification has to be send to multiple people(list of Buyers, Requester).. How can i map this scenerio. Please help
