Inter Company Setup Step's

Hi Friends,

Am doing R12 AGIS setup's for my client. I have done the setups in GL,AP,AR responsibility. When am going to create Organization setup in Inter Company Super User Responsibility, am unable to see my LE and OU's.

Any one plz guide me if i missed out any setup steps.
