ORBO Application has time zone of GMT rather than local time

 Hi All,
Just want to understand how to change ORBO application timezone settings, it is taking GMT timezone and is not having local time zone. All data created using ORBO application is having GMT time stamp. For instance DIMP processing time stamp is GMT.
