New OracleDb 11.2 install - ext3 or ext4

Hello, i'm going to setup new db server with OL 6.2 x64 and OracleDB 11.2 x64. I know Oracle still doesn't certified OL6 for DB, but i'm still going to setup it, and my question is, what FS should i use ext3 or ext4?I read that ext3 have better performance for DB, is it true?
