migrating system and applications from old ultraspart III system to a new Sparc VII

 Hello,
I hope I am not asking something already been asked several times, if I am please accept my apologies and provide me a link to that discussion.

That said I am being tasked with migrating two old systems running Solaris 10, running on two Quad core UltraSPARC III servers, to totally new hardware. The replacement hardware is supposed to consist of two servers running Solaris 10 and SPARC64 VII or VII+. MY question is can I user flash archive to totally backup the old system and just install it on the new hardware? I would rather not have to go through installing the OS, then the application and then do a full migration of the data running on the old servers.
