BSSV Installation Steps

I was researching how to install and configure BSSV. Could find lots of documents but unable to build the steps and exact components needed.
we are in E1 9.0 / TR 8.98.3.0 on Windows 2008 64bit. & WAS 6.1 as web server.
Anyone got an idea?
