'Released By' person in pre-approved expenditure batch

 Hi Gurus,Auditors require a print of all pre-approved expenditure batches. We are building a custom BI report to meet this requirement. We are unable to find the 'Released By' person information for this report.
Any help in table or front-end navigation which provides this information would be welcome.
