Unable to start pipeline because encountering the error "ORA-02291: integrity constraint (INTEGRATE.

Hi All,
Encountered the below error when trying to start the pipeline:

After further research found out that there is no data in "ifw_pipeline".

When trying to execute ifw_pipeline.sql encountered below error:
ORA-02291: integrity constraint (INTEGRATE.FK_IFW_PPL_EDE) violated - parent key not found
