OPM Plant Organization Migrated as New IInventory Org

Hi,

During our Upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3,

OPM Organizations are migrated as New Inventory Organization with the respective warehouse as Template Org,Warehouse Migrated as Sub inventory and  set to disable the warehouse.

-In 11i Cost Method followed is PMAC

-But the New Inventory Organization (Migrated according to Convergence Setup) cost method in Organization Parameter>COsting Information is Standard.

Please help whether anything (setup) missed out during the Convergence migration Activity.
