Auto refresh of a JDE screen

Is there a way to automatically refresh a JDE screen, say every 15 seconds to show the latest data for the end user automatically?  They are operating a machine and don't have time to walk over to the PC to click refresh.  We would like the end user to see the latest available Quality data.
