What is the best way to print out details from Employee Workcentre?

We are trying to find the best way/report to print out the details of errors/warnings on several large jobs.  scrolling/working through the employeee workcentre is painful, we would just like to run a report and get a PDF organized with the various errors/warnings from a UBE.
