Creating Custom Reports using EM tables

We have been gathering data using Enterprise Manager Grid Control for some time.  I would like to generate some custom reports showing various aspects of historical performance of our databases and servers but I have no idea what tables might have this data.  Is there some document somewhere that I haven't found yet that describes what data is maintained in each of the OEM tables or anything that would help me write the appropriate SQL statements to generate useful reports?
