Hi,

  I'm stumped and I'm sure I'm making this more difficult than need be,. I have a report that provides a return for yr, mon, agent name, # of open tix, # of closed tix,  and # of tix. The report returns all the values except for the # open tix. The filter I believe I should be inserting is to return the value of equal to NOT NULL.

Unfortunately, I am unable to populate that value for the filter. My mind you I'm learning on the fly so any suggestions would be appreciated.
