How to Determine the Maintenance Release/Patch Level of an Siebel Installation?

Dear Siebel Gurus,

I just started working for a client at their site.  The customer asked me to patch their Siebel 8.1.1.5 to the latest Maintenance Release on a Linux x86_64bit server.

1)  How do I determine the current Maintenance Release?  What subdir/files should I query/grep?

2)  How do I determine the current Patch level?  Again, What subdir/files should I query/grep?

IThe customer thinks they are on Siebel 8.1.1.5 Rev W Dec 2011 but I find an ACR-620 subdir in the Siebel Base subdir - location with all the files of the last installation.
