How to Remove Old Outstanding Payables

 HiWe are using JDE 810 version, so in my Accounts Payable we have so many old outstanding payables are open from the period 2000 to 2008. How can we remove this outstanding open payables, because we are not dealing with these customers anymore. How can i remove it from my JDE?
