Equipment order Inventory Issues IL & GL Entries

Hi,There is an Issue in Equipment order Inventory Issues IL & GL Entries
The scenario is as following.
JDE Version : E1-9
We have Inventory Issues from Equipment Order having document type I1.
For this while I am running R41543 for Integrity Check between IL & GL,
While Checking I have all the IL entries pertaining to the Issue
But, I have GL entries only for some lines in the Issue in F0911.Some are missing.
Most of the Equipment order Inventory Issues not at all have the referred Issue and the Integrity is OK
What will be possible reason.Please advise.
