What are the node behaviors for the CPU/MEMORY starvation

Can any experts can clearly explain me what are the different behaviors between the case of CPU starvation and Memory starvation on AIX platform for Oracle RAC (11gR1)?

Does the below is true?

1. For CPU starvation(e.g 100% CPU utilization): Node eviction and server reboot by CRS

2. For Memory starvation(e.g 100% memory utilization): All associated ASM + DB instances are forced shutdown and restarted by CRS.

Pls correct me if I am wrong.  Thank you so much
