Asset Creation in Oracle Projects

Hi,

I would like to now which is the Oracle Projects standard functionality available to avoid the manual creation of Projects in Oracle Projects.

I am working in a customer that doesn't want to create the Assets manually in Oracle Projects (Capital Projects window)

I am aware that there is an API available to create the assets. But I want to know if to use this API is required to do any development work (example: sql procedure) or there is something that allows the user to use it directly as is provided by Oracle.
