PO Approval Status changing to PRE APPROVED

Dear all,

when a user is trying to approve a Po the following notification is generated and the status is changed to PRE APPROVED and when the user uses the option try reserving again the purchase order gets approved but this PO still remains in PRE APPROVED status .
