Help with Secure Global Desktop 4.6.2 Problem,
We (myself and onsite Oracle SE) are trying get Secure Global Desktop working on a new server installation, our problem results from the following errors when executing an application on a second attempt:

The errors in the Details window are:

Xlib: connect to localhost:11.0 refused by server
Xlib: Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key
gnome-terminal:1907 Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display:
Connection to server closed.

Now here is the strange thing, execute the gnome-terminal application on the 1st attempt and all works as expected.  On the 2nd attempt the error above is given.
Another strange thing is we installed the same Secure Global Desktop (4.6.2) software on one our existing servers and SGD works fine.

Howdy, Stranger!
