How do you change standard conditions that are tied to a salary basis?
When we select a salary basis of Salary, the working hours defaults to 190, the frequency defaults to Month, and Hourly/Salaried defaults to Salaried. HR would now like it to default to 40 working hours and a week frequency. I have looked at the salary basis setup and don't see a place to change the standard conditions. Our default on the org and business group setup is 40 /week. How do you change the salary basis - salary to default to 40 working hours /week?
