Performance in Bulk Plan crippled by Continuous Moves

Hi,

I'm fairly new to OTM and I've been tasked with increasing performance of Bulk Planning. Users don't enable CM during bulk plan because it takes too long (it doubles processing time), they bulk plan and then link CM manually afterwards.

I tried changing a couple of parameters and rule sets, didn't help much. 

I've been looking into the multiple itineraries possibility, and seems that the most common source/dest have only one itinerary.

I don't know how to explain why it would take 30 min without and 60 min with CM enable in the bulk plan.

Any guidance on what I should be looking for would be greatly appreciated.
