Option to have 2-forewarning email notifications for Deviation is About to Expire

Just wondering if there is an option to have 2-forewarning email notifications for Deviation is About to Expire?  Let say, 1st email notification if the Deviation is about to expire 5 days and then 2nd notification kicks in if the Deviation is about to expire 2 days?
