Inserting and Deleting records in Interface table

Hi

I am trying insert the records into interface table ( Ie Price List Lines)  through custom integrator.

I want to call concurrent program to import price lists .But before calling conurrent program , other interface table records are need to be populated ( eg Price list header, Prcing attributes)

Can I write  Pre Import rules to insert records in other interface tables  in Importer defintion page?

Ebusiness version is 12.1.3

Pl help me out
