Manufacturing - JDE1 (MOSC)

Manufacturing Accounting at Standards: R31804 is displaying a Labor B1 Variance (?)

Problem Description:

We are running manufacturing accounting to standards (07), all costs have been rolled up, work centers frozen, standards look good.

After running JE's R31802A and R31804 I would not expect to get a variance on Labor B1 since we are working strictly to standards, and not actuals.

I can certainly see this happening with we are working to actuals and entering 'hours and quantity', but that is not the route we are taking.

What am I missing here? Thanks.
