Getting Error in Enterprise one menu on standalone 9.0.2 with updated tools release 9.1

 Hi,
I am having two main problems upon upgrade.
1.  when we select submitted jobsearch,  Getting error JAS_MSG346: JAS database failure: [INVALID_DATASOURCE_TYPE] Type override for Datasource LOCAL is not supported. 
2. The webserver not displaying open applications on html page.

JDK version installed is 1.6. I have Oracle database and JAS is ver 10.1.35
Can you please help me.
