Siebel Field Service (Siebel remote) - what happens to completed requests?
I want to know what happens to the records e.g. customer and job related
records once a field service engineer completes the job, do they remain
in his local database, or are they purged/deleted from his Siebel
Remote device?
Is it possible to set the records to be deleted once the service job has been completed and how do I configure this?
