FNDLOAD Error

 Hello,
I have a problem with FNDLOAD when I try to load some data to Receivable setup field of EBS. The error message is :

"./FNDLOAD: error while loading shared libraries: libcntsh.so.10.1: cannot open
shred object file: No such file or directory "

I'm not sure what the reason for that. Whether because FNDLOAD version or else? 
what should I do? any answers would be helpful for me.
