Under DFF context field sgement values are not visivble after creation or in other words i am not ab

Hi,

Can any one help me out for the below error in R12,

I have created a DFF context fiels under Application -"Inventory" under titels -"Items" 

After creation i have added the Segment and attach one value set with this sgement.

But after save and compilation, when i am doing query for the above segment, system does not shows any segment value. This problem is coming for all segments. Means for whole DFF segment values are not visible.

Please suggest what can be the reason for this error which is effecting the whole system DFF segment values.
