Investigating requirements to use Disclosure Management. Can anybody provide more information on:

- Is DM client based, or does it have to sit on a server?

- Does it require it's own database to retain files/objects etc, or are these normally stand alone on a client machine

- Are there any links available that explain the technical side of this product
