Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. questions about upgrade database

Hello.

I will upgrade a database from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2

This database is managged with EM.

My question is what about EM during the upgrade process?

If I remove the database from EM, then I will los all statistic information.

I have to blackout the database? I have to stop the jobs? I have to stop the agent?
