Can't select BR receipt method in the enter transaciton form, Please give suggestion, thanks.

I have setup a BR receipt method, and set the BR receipt method as primary reciept method  to a customer.when i  enter a transaction for the customer , I can't select this BR receipt method in the enter  transaction form.Please give suggestion ,thanks.
