FINS Data Transfer Utilities crashing the application

Hi,

We have a custom button called "Create Order" on the PUB Case Benefit Plan Line Item applet. Upon clicking the button, we are creating a new Order and Order Line from the Benefit Plan Line Item. We are using the vanilla Business Service "FINS Data Transfer Utilities" method "DataTranfer" and the vanilla application datamap "PUB BenefitsToServiceOrder" in this process.

This button works fine most of the times, but errors out some times, crashing the application. (fdr files confirms the crash of the thread). The error that we can see in the Object Manager log files are:
