Use EM to schedule backup of 11g to an NT Network Share ?

Hi,

    Been around for a while, but still confused with this issue which was likely brought on by higher security standards from release 10.x to 11.x. Anyway, I'll give this a shot at my best explanation. In 10.x I was able to startup EM, schedule a backup plan, and set the dackup (files) destination to a Windows 2003 Network Share on a huge storage device by changing the Service Account to one with rights to that specific share. As the job executed, the service account gained access to the Network Share and the backup file(s) were always written there. I
