Installed Base instances not visible in Quoting HTML for reconfiguration

Hi,

As part of TSO cycle, we have setup a PTO Container Model and has configuration options attached to it with PTO Model, Option Classe, Option Items etc.

Configured a Sales Order with this container model (line type is bill only with IB interface). SO line got fulfilled, IB records got created. Changed the status of the records also as 'Installed'.

Now when we try to reconfigure the item from Oracle HTML Quoting page, IB records are not available.

Any pointers to overcome this issue will be helpful.
