JDE Export of PA Local Income Tax Report to CSV has hidden characters

Hi,

In PA we need to upload a monthly file include employees state taxes.  The PA Local Income Tax Rpt - PSD (P0684011) provides this information and I am able to export to a CSV file.  However, when I upload the file to the tax collector through their interface I am told the fields have hidden characters or additional spaces and the file will not load.  I have tried multiple files and can not figure out what these "hidden" characters are in the file.  Has anyone come up against this issue??
