R12.0.9 - Invalid Address Report

We are on Oracle EBS R12.0.9 HRMS - US Legislation only, US Payroll, iRecruitment as well.

I have questions regarding the Invalid Address Report.

We have 4 non-US employees who terminated before the end of year 2011, say in Oct 2011.  The HR department end-dated their US residence address when their employment ended.  HR also entered a foreign address as their current primary address effective start date of their ex-employee status. The foreign addresses were entered using foreign-country specific address style, e.g. Brazil (International).

During the 2011 year end process, we ran the Invalid Address Report. None of these ex-employees' foreign addresses were on the report.
