R12.1.3 - To default Completion Subinventory for Rebuildables

Hello
We'd like to default the Completion Subinventory for Rebuildables.  In R12, this field is not mandatory that users often forget.

With Routings, could we default the Completion Subinventory - to say, "REBUILD" on the Complete Work Order page but only for Rebuildables.
