Without Text and OLE in Media Object Viewer

Do we know why I can not see Text and OLE as available selection in Media Object Viewer?

Attached are the screen print of the Media Object Viewer.  I see the difference in the selection: One with and other without the Text and OLE selection. 

I found the attached FAQ on Text Media Object about the Text option not display in the Media Object Viewer:

This issue occurs when using a browser other then Internet Explorer and from Tools Release 8.98.3 and later, the system has been configured to use the ActiveX control for text attachments.  For Tools Releases prior to 8.98.3.0, only Internet Explorer is supported for Text Attachments.
