Error when trying to preview on BI Publisher Desktop

Hello,

I am working with an RTF template that was developed for E-Business suite.  The report works fine within the EBS application and renders a PDF file.  I downloaded the rtf from the appliation and I generated an XML file from the concurrent program so I could test the report on the desktop.  I am able to open the RTF on the desktop as well as successfully load the data into the RTF.  However, when I try to preview in any format I receive the error below.  I am using BI Publisher desktop version 11.1.1.5.0.  Any help would be appreciated.
