Cron scripts are not executed as per scheduled time

 Hi DBAs,

We have one test box and some scripts are are attached to cron. Server is in PST timing. But I wonder all scripts are working in EST timings instead of PST timings.

What would be the issue here and how can I fix this?

Any help on this is much appreciated.
