API problem

hi gurus,

  i've an api problem which is  hr_organization_api.update_organization
 
  it prompts an error of   'You are trying to lock a row in the hr_all_organization_units table which is currently being locked'
 
  is there a way that i can avoid it..
 
 
  because we really need to run multiple concurrent
