Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Why do I get a null pointer exception error with Appraisal Summary in Manager Self Service?

When clicking on Appraisal Summary in Manager Self Service, selecting a plan and clicking on Go button, we receive a NullPointerException error:

Does anyone know why this happens? This happens with seeded menus, responsibilities and personalisation disabled.
