Difference between Group Method and Group Level - Asset Capitalisation

Hi,

Which is the difference between Group Method and Group level definition for capitalisation purposes?

Which will be the behaviour if Group Method in the Project Type is setup as "All" and Group Level in the Asset Assignment is setup as "Specific Assets"?
