Solaris 10: lp commands fails !

Hi,

I have a critical issue on a production zone.

System is Solaris 10 U7

- As root, when I run "lp -d myprinter /etc/release"         ... it works well, and the documents gets printed !

- As anoter user when I run the same command, I get :  "myprinter: not-accepting"

... I have the same issue with the command "lpstat -o", works weel as root, but as another standard user I get: "Failed to get job list: bad-argument"

Please help !
