Autobuild workbooks after subdomain configuration changes

We have a scheduled change in the configuration of subdomains in the global domain. The departments inside the subdomains will be moving. Can you please advise us as to whether the workbooks in the autobuild queue will still generate after we run the domain configuration change, or if users have to set up the workbooks again after the domain configuration change?
